Aviation vs Real Estate? Not many people are faced with a question like this, but for me the answer was simple. Before I got into Real Estate, I was a helicopter pilot for 6 years, even flew out in Vegas for a year. Not long after moving back to Texas, I finished my Bachelors Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and was quickly moving up the ladder with the company. However, during a routine flight, there was a mechanical failure and with nowhere to go but into the trees. After a long recovery, I decided it was time to pursue my other passion, Real Estate. Being from a small town in East Texas, I was always taught to count my blessings, and although I loved flying and love aviation, Real Estate is my passion and I’ve never looked back. Over the years I’ve proven to have a fearless drive to be successful and always going above what is expected. From my small town background, I was taught respect and southern gracious qualities. Coupled with those attributes, it makes for a sincere joy to make the customer happy.
As a 5th generation Central Texan, raised on a century old legacy ranch, Kati understands the lives who settled land, those who held on to it, and those seeking the benefits of land ownership. She has witnessed land legacies arrive at forks in the road, finding division necessary to meet the needs of each family member. In other instances, she relates to families seeking to protect a land lecacy as a single parcel, and she takes pride in helping lives transition their legacy to new areas. Kati holds gratitude toward the many blessings land ownerships brings.
With a background in sales, business development, and real estate technology, which led her to working with clients and brokerages nationwide; it was a no brainer that Kati chose United Country Real Estate to continue a career in the best interest of her clients. United Country's culture matched her work ethic, forward/creative thinking, and genuine love for the unity between lives and land. Specializing in Legacy land and rural relocation, she sees none other than the largest seller of land and lifestyle properties more fit to partner with. An approachable demenor and intuitive awareness, provides Kati's clients with an ally to their needs and assertive negotiations.
Kati currently resides in Liberty Hill Texas, on the outskirts of Austin, raising her 2 children, 2 dogs, and always a cat or two.
